These terms apply to the use of herbalstems.co.uk and to purchases made through it. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Product Information

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, prices and images accurate. Images are illustrative and natural products can vary in colour, texture, aroma and appearance between batches.

Please read the product page and packaging for the most relevant ingredients, allergen, storage and usage information before purchase or use.

Our foods and food supplements are not medicines. Information on this website is general information only and is not medical advice; it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. We will send an acknowledgement email when we receive it, but this does not mean we have accepted the order.

A contract is formed when we dispatch the products and send a dispatch confirmation, or when we otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may be unable to accept an order, for example because a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment authorisation fails, or delivery is not available to the requested address. If this happens after payment has been taken, we will notify you and refund the amount paid.

4. Prices, Payment and Delivery

Prices and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. 

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Delivery arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, unsafe or not as described.

6. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, misuse customer accounts, or use the site in a way that breaches applicable law.

Unless stated otherwise, the website content, branding, images and text are owned by Herbal Stems or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

7. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable or that results from events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order. The date at the bottom of this page shows when these terms were last updated.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your country of residence.
