Returns and Refunds

This policy explains how we deal with returns, cancellations and refunds. It applies in addition to, and does not reduce, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

UK Cancellation Right

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email info@herbalstems.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, including your name, order number and the items concerned.

After telling us you are cancelling, please return the goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind order unless we tell you otherwise.

For a valid cancellation, we will refund the price paid and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the standard-delivery amount.

We will make the refund using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Our 30-Day Extended Returns Policy

In addition to the cancellation right above, we accept eligible change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and with all seals and packaging intact.

Where the law permits, we cannot accept the return of food, supplements or other consumable goods that have been unsealed after delivery for health-protection or hygiene reasons, or goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, unsafe, damaged or not as described.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty or not as described. Photographs can help us investigate quickly.

We will provide return instructions and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund and reimburse reasonable return costs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@herbalstems.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. Wait for our return instructions before sending an item back.
  3. Pack the item securely and keep proof of postage until the return is resolved.
