How to Brew

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried mullein in freshly boiled water for 8-10 minutes. Strain well before drinking, as mullein leaves have fine hairs that are best filtered out with a fine mesh strainer or tea filter. Enjoy warm, with honey if you like.
