5. Delivery

8. Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returned items must be securely packaged.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
