Returns & Refunds Policy

At Herbal Stems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days, provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any items, you must email us first at info@herbalstems.co.uk to request approval. Please include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return

We will respond with instructions and approval for the return. Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval.

Return Period

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

• Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

Condition of Items

• Only unopened, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.

• Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be refunded.

How to Return

1. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

2. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.

3. Send the items to our returns address:

4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the items are faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Delivery charges paid at checkout will also be refunded if applicable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@herbalstems.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
